2019 CIA Exam Syllabus
- Part 1 – Essentials of Internal Auditing
- Part 2 – Practice of Internal Auditing
- Part 3 – Business Knowledge for Internal Auditing
Eligibility:
CIA candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements for education, character, work experience, and identification. Before a candidate application can be approved, ALL documentation (proof of education, character reference, and identification) must be received and approved by The IIA’s Certification staff.

Exam Dates:
Candidates have180 days from the date they register for their CIA exam to schedule and sit for the exam, however all the 3 parts are to be passed within 3 years time.
